Your projects will be managed according to our ISO certified processes
Both our translation processes and facilities are certified to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 as well as EN 15038:2006. Many translation vendors make a blanket statement that they are ISO certified; however, it is not guaranteed that your project will be managed out of a facility that is ISO certified. Many times this is determined by internal client priority and availability of staff which might end up at a location that is not ISO certified. Also, at no extra charge, we certify to the accuracy of each translation project and that it has been completed per our ISO certified processes.
